  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using Callfills ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


  2. What Callfills Is
    Callfills is a lead intelligence platform. We monitor publicly available social media posts and deliver verified, high-intent service leads to home service businesses. We are not a lead generation agency and we do not guarantee job outcomes or revenue from leads delivered.


  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate home service business to use Callfills. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.


  4. Subscriptions and Credits
    Callfills operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are used to unlock verified contact details of leads. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. Founding member pricing is locked in permanently for as long as the subscription remains active and is not transferable.


  5. Refund Policy
    We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. If you are on a paid plan and experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a pro-rata credit. We do not offer refunds on used credits.


  6. Bad Lead Guarantee
    If a lead delivered to you does not meet our quality standards — for example, the post was not a genuine service request — flag it in your dashboard within 24 hours and we will credit your account within one business day. No questions asked.


  7. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to use Callfills to harass, spam, or contact leads in a manner that violates applicable law. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share lead data with any third party. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Callfills platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.


  8. Intellectual Property
    All content, design, code, and data on the Callfills platform is owned by Callfills. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.


  9. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Callfills is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a booked job. Lead quality, response rates, and close rates depend on factors outside our control including your response speed, pricing, and availability.


  10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callfills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.


  11. Termination
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and unused credits will be removed.


  12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.


  13. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
